Five years ago, we started to introduce a holistic sustainability management system - something that was still completely new in our industry at the time. Today, our CSR team takes an even broader approach to ensure that our interaction with people and the environment is sustainable and positive.

We consciously set an example through our social commitment. Of course, we are also pleased when we are able to attract new employees. However, our focus is on creating a safe and healthy working environment for our existing team, promoting diversity and family friendliness and empowering our employees.
