Intro
In this role, you play a key part in our Commercial Project Management Team, ensuring the successful execution of international industrial piping projects. You oversee complex matters such as costs, contracts, and quantity surveying, contributing to the smooth and efficient delivery of our projects.
Responsibilities
  • Contract management and identification of commercial risks
  • Calculation and tracking of variations and change orders (Claims)
  • Execution of monthly cost controls
  • Supporting project management with payment applications, invoices, claims, and commercial decision-making
  • Clear and proactive communication of commercial matters
  • Participation in regular project meetings (internal/external)
  • Clear and proactive communication of issues/solutions to project management
Qualifications
  • Completed commercial or technical education with experience in commercial project execution
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in commercial roles within the construction/industrial sector
  • Basic knowledge of business administration and contract law
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Business fluent in English
  • Quick comprehension, perseverance, commitment, initiative, and a confident demeanor
  • Willingness to travel for international projects (longer stays abroad on-site may be required)

Salary Information

Minimum salary
€ 3.229,12

We would like to point out that the minimum salary under the collective agreement in the attractive KV Metallgewerbe is € 3,229.12 gross per month. The actual salary lies within a range of € 4,000 or € 5,500 gross per month and will be determined together with you.
