Intro
We are looking for a dynamic individual to manage the commercial aspects of international projects. If you enjoy tackling complex challenges in a team, taking responsibility for key decisions, and contributing to the successful execution of major projects, we look forward to receiving your application!
Responsibilities
  • Understand contract contents within the scope of projects.
  • Act as the interface between project management, construction sites, procurement, and contract management.
  • Independently prepare, process, coordinate, review, track, finalize, and document required change orders, variation orders, site instructions, and claims in a timely manner.
  • Monitor schedule impacts and consequences of foreseeable deviations from cost and timeline plans.
  • Convene, moderate, and document commercial meetings in coordination with project management, site management, and procurement.
  • Provide regular reporting to project management.
Qualifications
  • Completed commercial or technical education (e.g., HAK, HTL, or university degree).
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in project management.
  • Basic knowledge of business administration and contract law.
  • Experience in project controlling and claims management is an advantage.
  • Quick comprehension, persistence, commitment, and initiative, with a confident demeanor.
  • Excellent English skills (business fluent).
  • Willingness to travel (~10%)

Compensation

Minimum collective salary
39.977,24 €

50.000,00 €

56.000,00 €
We would like to point out that the minimum annual salary under the attractive collective agreement for the metal industry is € 39.977,28 gross. The actual annual salary ranges between € 50.000 and € 56.000 gross and will be determined in consultation with you. Additionally, we offer the payment of a 13th and 14th salary as well as an annual increase in accordance with the collective agreement.
