Responsibilities
  • Analyzing existing processes and identifying potential improvements
  • Implementing innovative solutions
  • Coordinating interfaces between specialised departments and the digitization team
  • Moderating workshops and supporting the introduction of new processes
  • Training and supporting employees
Qualifications
  • Completed commercial or technical education (e.g., HAK, HTL, university studies)
  • Initial experience in IT or process management, ideally in software implementations
  • Knowledge of process modeling tools (e.g., EPK, BPMN, ARIS) and business software (e.g., ERP, CRM, IMS)
  • Project management certifications (e.g., IPMA, PRINCE2) are an advantage
  • Analytical, solution-oriented, and self-organized work style
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good English skills

Compensation

Minimum collective salary
2.855,52 €

We would like to point out that the minimum salary under the attractive collective agreement for the metal industry is a gross monthly amount of € 2.855,52. The actual salary falls within a range of € 3.000 to € 4.000 gross per month and will be determined in consultation with you.
