To expand our team, we are looking for a motivated individual who will lead our projects to success with their commitment and expertise.
Responsibilities
  • Full compliance with the contractual requirements of the clients on construction sites both domestically and abroad, ensuring the safety and protection of employees
  • Ensuring timely project completion in line with quality requirements and economic performance goals
  • The construction manager is responsible for the overall leadership and coordination of the site, as well as fulfilling all rights and obligations stipulated in the contracts
  • Managing the assembly team, identifying development potential and addressing training needs
  • Ensuring the required construction site equipment and its proper and careful use (vehicles, machinery, tools, materials, auxiliary and consumable goods)
  • Reporting to project management
  • Documenting claims to all contract partners and responding to them in collaboration with project management
  • Creating construction site and acceptance documentation
  • Serving as a role model in all aspects
Qualifications
  • At least a certificate as a skilled worker in metal professions or a technician, FH, university etc.
  • Several years of experience in construction management in industrial plant construction
  • IT-skills (especially MS office products)
  • Training as a safety officer
  • Basic knowledge of welding technology
  • Leadership skills and strong communication skills
  • Confident, self-assured demeanor and independent work style with entrepreneurial thinking and action
  • Willingness to travel
  • Very good German and English skills

Compensation

Minimum collective salary
53.330,11 €

55.000,00 €

65.000,00 €
We would like to point out that the collectively agreed minimum salary in the attractive Metal Industry Collective Agreement is € 53.330,11 gross per year. The actual salary ranges between € 55.000 and € 65.000 gross per year and will be determined together with you. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will receive an attractive expatriate compensation package with additional financial and material benefits for your international assignment.
