Responsibilities
  • Contract management: Reviewing, administering, and monitoring project contracts
  • Managing contract variations and scope changes (Claims)
  • Cost control, forecasting, and reporting
  • Coordination and review of payment applications and invoices
  • Supporting project management in commercial decision-making
  • Managing contractual showstoppers and commercial risks
  • Leading regular commercial meetings (internal/external)
  • Leading the commercial team (quantity surveyors)
  • Clear and proactive communication of issues/solutions to project management
Qualifications
  • Completed commercial or technical education with strong knowledge and experience in contract and project management
  • 7–10 years of professional experience in commercial roles within the construction/industrial sector
  • In-depth knowledge of business administration and contract law
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Business fluent in English
  • Quick comprehension, perseverance, commitment, initiative, and a confident demeanor
  • Willingness to travel for international projects

Compensation

Minimum collective salary
53.330,06 €

65.000,00 €

75.000,00 €
We would like to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary in the attractive KV Metallgewerbe is € 53,330.06 gross per year. The actual salary lies within a range of € 65,000 or € 75,000 gross per annum and will be determined together with you.
