BIM / DfMA
Our specialized Building Information Modeling (BIM) team goes beyond pure modeling. We offer a collaborative platform that enables efficient planning and execution through comprehensive expertise and digital precision. With our Design for Manufacture and Assembly method (DfMA), we optimize the entire construction process by increasing the degree of prefabrication and manufacturing and assembling complete plant sections in our workshops. Mechanical & Piping
As a specialist in industrial connections, we take care of the entire mechanical project scope - from prefabrication to installation. Our materials come from long-standing partnerships with established suppliers who are known for their outstanding quality. We realize projects with over 500,000 performance hours to the complete satisfaction of our customers. In our prefabrication facilities, we use both established and innovative welding processes, such as orbital and robotic welding. In addition to metal piping, we are also proficient in welding, gluing and laminating plastic and connecting glass piping. We maximize the scope of prefabrication, preferably in modular construction.
Building services
Our expertise lies in industrial building technology, especially for demanding environments such as pharmaceutical plants and data centers. Our core competencies include the installation of sanitary technology, including water treatment and wastewater treatment, always in compliance with local regulations and standards. We also plan systems for drinking water treatment and wastewater treatment that work reliably and sustainably. We also offer indoor air technology systems that precisely control ventilation, heating, cooling, humidification and dehumidification. Our systems meet strict hygiene requirements, such as VDI 6022 and GMP, to ensure a clean and controlled indoor climate.
Equipment assembly
Our company is specialized in the professional assembly of equipment for chemical and pharmaceutical plants. Fire protection
At Zauner, we think safety in different dimensions - including in planning, so that our customers can really rely on us. We offer comprehensive solutions in the field of fire protection, ranging from concept development, design and installation to commissioning and certification. This is always done in consultation with the local authorities and in compliance with all necessary standards. This includes a wide range of fire protection systems such as sprinkler systems, gas suppression systems, suppression systems, mist systems (high and low pressure), wet and rising mains and the water supply for the systems. We work with state-of-the-art design software such as Revit BIM 3D modeling, AutoCAD and FHC calculations.
