Intro
ZAUNERGROUP specializes in the delivery of highly complex technical large-scale projects, with a strong focus on data center construction. Our international project teams work on demanding construction projects across Europe, meeting the highest standards in quality, documentation, and information management. In this key on-site role, you will be responsible for the complete document and information management of the project and work closely with site management, engineering, project management, and subcontractors directly on the construction site.
Responsibilities
  • <li>Full responsibility for the entire project document lifecycle, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, technical submittals, construction and as-built documentation
  • Ensuring strict version control, document registers, workflows, and approvals in line with project and client standards
  • Operational management and administration of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), including structure, permissions, and workflows
  • User and access management, as well as training and support for project teams and subcontractors
  • Coordination, submission, and tracking of technical submittals
  • Quality assurance, including document numbering and formal document checks
  • Close collaboration with site management, engineering, project management, and subcontractors directly on site
  • Support with QA/QC, commissioning, as-built, and handover documentation
  • First point of contact and escalation for document-related topics at the project location
Qualifications
  • Completed commercial or technical education (e.g. apprenticeship, vocational school, technical college, university/FH) and relevant professional experience in project or document management
  • Proven experience working on construction sites is mandatory, ideally on large-scale projects
  • Very good knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
  • Experience with Google Drive and MS SharePoint
  • Data center project experience is an advantage
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
  • Structured, independent, and highly accurate working style

Compensation

Minimum collective salary
3.300,16 €

3.500,00 €

4.500,00 €
The collective agreement minimum salary under the attractive Metal Industry Collective Agreement is € 3.300,16 gross per month. The actual salary for this position ranges between € 3.500,00 and € 4.500,00 gross per month and will be determined jointly with you, depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
