Joint venture – AZI
Zauner Anlagentechnik & INRA Group act together as partners.
Since 2016, pharmaceutical projects in Switzerland have been handled in partnership with the INRA Group. After successful completion of a project with INRA as subcontractor, a joint venture named “AZI” – ARGE ZAT INRA – was founded for the handling of further projects, from which three projects worth more than CHF 65 million were completed by the end of April.
The following added values and synergies result from the cooperation with INRA Group:
- Utilization of contacts of both companies in acquisition and execution phase of projects in Switzerland.
- Personnel mobilization from both personnel pools
- Since 2021 also skid projects in the field of pharma / life science will be handled.
The focus of the cooperation is on the joint execution of projects in the field of pharma – life science in Switzerland.
